The hospital provides preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services.
It operates as a non-profit making institution as it subsidizes the cost of health services that it provides to its patients and clients. This is in part possible because the hospital receives assistance from CHAM, Ministry of Health (MoH) and other local and international partners.
The general objective of the hospital is to provide accessible, affordable, safe, friendly, quality and gender sensitive health services for the benefit of all the people in the catchment area in the fulfillment of the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
The hospital further envisages to make services accessible to all regardless of their social economic status.
However, due to increasing costs on hospital supplies such as drugs, the services are offered on cost sharing basis wherepatients pay some fees on non-profit making terms and this serves to keep services available for the next patient or client.
